Right now, the coffee world is buzzing with activity! Each country has its own harvest season, but this is the time when many coffee origins are busy picking, processing, and preparing their beans. In fact, most coffees for the entire year get booked in advance during this period! Sampling is a beautiful process because it lets us experience the upcoming year’s flavors before they’re officially released.

But here’s the twist — sampling is done without any prior information! This way, we can truly focus on the coffee itself, free from biases. After all, we wouldn’t want to overlook an incredible coffee just because of preconceived notions!
