We will taste freshly harvested 2026 Ethiopian coffees across a range of varieties and processing methods. Alongside the tasting, we will deepen our understanding of the Ethiopian 13-month calendar, the role of rivers near farming communities, and the environmental and cultural context that informs each cup. In doing so, coffee becomes not just a sensory experience but a story shaped by people, place, and time.
