When I uploaded the image of Fabian, I noticed several people with the last name ‘Echeverry’ had regrammed it. I could immediately tell they were family, and it also gave me a sense of how caring he must be. I asked Marcela, who often proudly talks about her dad,

“Can you tell me about your dad?”

She texted me back,
“He’s always been hardworking and passionate, always eager to learn and grow. He is also traditional, but seeing changes in the coffee industry, he’s been open to new ideas to make something even better.”

That dedication and spirit are reflected in how, together with his son-in-law Kevin Doyle, co-founder of Mikava, Fabian created the ‘Mikava Family Collection.’ He’s crafting coffee that’s clean, bright, and full of his own approach.
