HOW TO STORE YOUR COFFEE

+ Before Opening
For the best quality, store the unopened bag in a cool, shaded place at room temperature. No need for extra packaging — just keep it as it is.

+ After Opening
To maintain freshness, transfer the coffee beans to a sealed zip bag and store them in a cool, shaded area at room temperature.

If you prefer using a jar, it's best to transfer the beans immediately after opening the bag. However, we recommend zip bags for optimal freshness.

HOW TO BREW

01. WATER
For the best results, use filtered water if possible. It makes a difference! Trust me!

02. FILTER - HAND BREW 
If you don't have a scale, just pour it as much as you want. —this is your coffee ritual, and no one’s here to judge. If the coffee is high quality, it will work its magic. <3 If you have a scale, 'Recommended Brew Guide' is here for you.

^1. Weigh out 16g of ground coffee ^2. Place the filter paper in the dripper ^3. Start a timer and pour 50g of boiled water, letting it bloom for 30 seconds. ^4. After 30 seconds, pour an additional 100g of water and let it sit until 1m 30s. ^5. When the timer indicates 1m 30s, pour 100g more again.

Ideal Total brewing time will be around 2m 30s - 3m. Enjoy yourself!
