FILTER COFFEE V 60 / KINTO

MORNING COFFEE WITH WHITE BROWNIE (WITH LEMON PEEL FLAVOR) JANUARY 20, 2023 

If I have floral, citrus, and tea-like coffee, I'd be happy to have it with a white brownie rather than a dark cacao brownie. Putting a little lemon peel on top of white chocolate, perfume-like beautiful flavors linger on after, and this pairing always gives me elegant flavors.

COFFEE TOOL : V60 / KINTO 

1. Weigh out 12g of ground coffee 2. Place the filter paper in the dripper 3. Start a timer and pour 50g of boiled water and let it sit for the 30s. 4. After 30 seconds, pour 100g more and let it sit till 1m 30s. 5. When the timer indicates 1m 30s, pour 100g more again.

— Total brewing time will be around 2m 30s

— This recipe can be modified according to your taste. You can add 20g of ground beans for your preference. Just try to keep the ratio 1:16~17. (1:coffee / 17:water) 

— Make sure your water are purified water.

— If you don't have a scale, just pour it as much as you want. It's your house and nobody evaluates your brewing, just enjoy your coffee time. If coffee is good quality itself, coffee will help you. <3
