SHIPPING FROM COFFEE PRODUCERS
After the 'Pre-order' period, we arrange international shipping via DHL from your coffee producers to your door. When coffee is ready from a coffee producer, it takes around 5-7 business days. Please see the estimated delivery date on the product page and feel free to text us regarding the information if needed. :)

EXCHANGE / RETURNS
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. All returns must be made within 7 days of the email confirming shipment. Other than defective products, not refundable. Thanks for your understanding of its food part.
