Brazil was the country where I experienced my first coffee farm visit. Perhaps because of that, every October, when Brazil’s new harvest is coming in, I can’t help but think of a delicious cup of Brazilian coffee.

Brazil is the world’s largest coffee producer. Amid this, Daterra stands out as a special name. Their journey of bringing Brazil’s high-end coffee to the global specialty coffee scene is always inspiring.

Despite the difficulties brought by climate change this year, they continue. Through countless experiments of processing, meticulous research, and varieties development, they completed the auction collection, the masterpiece for 2025.

At the end of November, Daterra’s auction will be held. This is a rare, one-time opportunity to explore the coffees before they are unveiled to the world. 

We gather these vibrant coffees, full of Brazil’s spirit, and share them with you at Cappy in Seoul.
