There was a moment when I simply felt it—beauty. The beauty of still being able to see her face, to share conversations, and to taste the result of her dedication and effort in a single cup.

'Joselyn Fallas', a woman coffee producer in an industry where women are still rare, is truly extraordinary. And as always, she continues to evolve—experimenting with new varieties and processes.

This time, I am honored to taste something entirely new from her: Joselyn’s first washed coffee with 'Yeast Experiment'. She has crafted the Arara variety using a washed process, paying meticulous attention to the fermentation stage. That effort is unmistakable. Joselyn worked with a yeast company to experiment with fermentation to remove harmful bacteria. With selected quality yeast, the coffee carries vibrant orange notes, an irresistible sweetness that makes your mouth water, and a smooth, clean finish.

Last spring began with her coffee, and this spring does too. A cup so sweet and silky, it feels like a beautiful indulgence. All I can wish for is to start next spring with her coffee once again.

For many, coffee is just a daily ritual, a familiar presence. But for some, it holds dreams within it. For Joselyn, for me, and perhaps for you too. In February 2025, she completed processing this coffee, and by March, she roasts it—her first precious batch of the year.

01. Inspired by Farmers' Markets
We started with the idea of sourcing exquisite ingredients — just like at a farmers' market, where you won’t find excessive plastic packaging.

02. Thoughtful Design, Minimal Waste
Coffee is an experience, and we know how important the mood is. We love typography-focused designs, so we set our color board in black and white to highlight the vibrant coffee farms with their signature colors inside our box. While we appreciate great packaging, we dislike waste even more. That’s why some of our events come without delivery boxes or pamphlets.

03. Minimalist & Functional Packaging
We serve producers' coffee in a sleek, minimal FSC paper box with an attached valve to prevent oxidation and maintain quality — eliminating unnecessary plastic waste.

04. A Personal Touch
Instead of unnecessary pamphlets, your coffee arrives in a simple yet functional bag, along with a handwritten note from the producers, personally addressed to you. Because good coffee speaks for itself.
