“I tried a new coffee this time. With yeast.”
“Yeast? The kind you use for bread, beer, or wine?”

Yes, that yeast. In coffee, fermentation is just as vital, just as beautiful. This season, Joselyn worked with a yeast company to carefully guide the process, eliminating harmful bacteria and shaping the coffee with precision and care.

The result was her first washed coffee, crafted with the Arara variety. From the very first sip, her effort was unmistakable.

A gentle brightness unfolded, like fresh orange and sweetness lingered. It felt precious to taste Joselyn’s work again, her effort clear in every sip. She stands as a leading voice among women coffee producers, and each cup carries that presence.

Last spring began with Joselyn’s coffee. This spring, too, began with hers. For some of us, coffee is just part of the daily routine, an ordinary word. But for others, it carries the weight of a dream, a craft, a story, a life’s work. I can only hope that next spring will begin again with Joselyn’s coffee in hand.
