“Wait, a dark room like the one that you use to develop film?” 

“Yes! Similar in concept. It’s pitch dark!”
— Coffee producer ‘Joselyn’ says,

We slowly dry our coffee in a humidity controlled Dark Room, like the one that you use to develop film.”

“It takes over a month to dry one lot as you have to dry it slowly. We can only do limited amounts, so we prioritize the batches that we want to focus on and dry them here."

Glad to be back with Joselyn’s first Dark Room Series Typica and this year special with Arara dried in the darkroom at the La Chelita Farm and a micro-mill based in Costa Rica. 

These days, there’s comfort in simply seeing someone continue what’s truly theirs.

When the season opens, your coffee is shipped directly from the producers via DHL or UPS before transferring to local delivery. After order period, delivery usually takes about 7 business days (excluding customs processing). You’ll find the estimated delivery date on each product page every season — and if you ever wonder where your coffee is along the way, just reach out. We’re here, always happy to guide you through the journey! 

+ Exchanges & Returns
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly provide a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of your shipment confirmation email to initiate a return. As our products are food-based, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons other than defects. Thank you for your understanding!
