"This geisha was so perfect for the warm Italian summer"

To recount my first meeting with Gabriele, our first conversation was about Italian Pasta. 

At that time, I had difficulty looking for authentic Italian pasta restaurants as there were more sushi shops in Milano than I expected. When I visited 'Terroir Milano', finally I could ask, because Gabriele was so welcoming as if I were a regular customer.

That conversation changed my days and observation in Milano. I've never thought about serving our rare coffee selection in other shops for wholesale. But if with team Terroir Milano - a hospitality-oriented grocery shop with the finest selection -, I could tell we can reach out with authentic stories to the people who can enjoy this beautiful coffee.

This Summer, Terroir Milano enjoyed Summer Geisha 'Gold' with the team and lovely community.

I asked to Gabriele, "How was your summer with your Summer Geisha 'Gold'?"

Gabriele responded,
"It was a privilege to get this coffee through the collaboration between 'CeedSeries' and 'Mikava farm'! It was a unique experience to have the chance to enjoy coffee that just has been harvested and processed in June.

Very elegant, silky texture, with vibrant bright acidity, and lemon balm flavor. The aroma reminds me of white flowers with clear citrus notes. Always sweet lingering, so refreshing, juicy, and thirst-quenching. Was so perfect for Italian Summer!

I appreciated it more even as cooled down. I hope Mikava Farm will give us the chance to taste this kind of elegant Washed Geisha again in the future! 

So sad these coffee beans are already flown off the shelves!"

"Last question, Gabriele, what is your dream project?"

"Slow food soft power all over the world!!
To bring it to reality, we need to create strong human connections based on the same shared human values. I believe we can change the balance of all our lives in a positive way and spread the culture of conscious consumption within the context of taste beauty and harmony!" 

I believe he is already in his dream project. He's really creating a positive and like-minded community. I saw it.
