Yemeni coffees are known for their sweet spice notes - think cardamom and nutmeg. Additionally, black tea and dried dates are signature flavors that often come through in the cup.

In Sana’a, the capital of Yemen, Team Sheba Coffee operates a processing center dedicated to bringing farmers’ hard work to the global market.

Especially in the high-altitude Al-Hayma region of Sana’a, the harsh climate contributes to the coffee’s distinctive floral notes. These coffees are produced in very limited quantities, but quality always outweighs quantity.
